Performed all phases of Instructional Design (ADDIE) process to create multiple WBT courses Designed learning activities, narrated “Expert Employee” guidance, flash-based learning interactions, videos, and resources. Developed a two-week ILT course about investigating cybercrime. Evaluated a pilot conducted in Trinidad & Tobago. This hands-on computer course was designed to be delivered to a global audience in multiple languages. Designed a WBT about a computer system that tracks safety inspections. Developed Flash-based animations in Adobe Captivate that showed the learner how to operate the system, Designed heavily-animated Level 2 WBT that required a unique storyboarding technique to successfully meld content, graphics, and animation. This course won a Bronze Omni Award and Honorable Mention MarCom Award. Designed and developed blended independent study course that combined WBT and workbook media to train newly appointed supervisors on their new role. Developed instructional materials for multiple webinars, including instructor guides and student guides. The webinars delivered instructional content and encouraged group discussions, create cohesiveness within a group of learners in many different locations. The instructor guides were designed to help instructors who were relatively unfamiliar with the webinar delivery software. Designed and developed a two-day Train-the-Trainer (TTT) seminar to support the delivery of webinars. This training included systems training on the iLinc software and an introduction to “best practices” for delivering courses in a virtual classroom. Facilitated pilot testing of webinar and WBT courses using virtual media tools, including iLinc, GoToMeeting, SurveyMonkey, and proprietary client response software.
