Jessica R. Dela Rosa, MBA. MSN. RN. NPD-BC.

Dawnabelle and I worked together for about 2 years. During that time, I as a clinical program manager and later the Director of Nursing Education, often times had to rely on Dawnabelle’s expertise both as a clinician and a nursing and physician documentation expert. Dawnabelle’s strong and deep knowledge base provided my department and I many opportunities to gain insight into workflows, organizational protocols, clinical policies and standards of practice related to nursing clinical practice, nursing and physician documentation needs and regulatory requirements. Dawnabelle was an excellent resource to me and my colleagues and a highly reliable team player who offered great flexibility, catering to our organization’s needs and priorities as requested. Her open door policy made her incredibly accessible in the ever changing needs of our work environment. Dawnabelle is incredibly patient, welcoming and always approachable, including during times when we needed to meet short deadlines and high volume needs. Her customer service skills are exemplary, particularly in today’s challenging, fast-paced, highly technological, complex healthcare environment. Any team welcoming Dawnabelle on board will reap the great benefits of a very organized, highly skilled nurse and clinical leader, who will foster warm and friendly work relationships in an effort of contributing to a highly reliable team! I would love and be privileged to work with Dawnabelle again!! Jessica R. Dela Rosa, MBA. MSN. RN. NE-BC.
