Judi is the epitomy of what a true Resource Professional should look like. I have had the opportunity to take classes at Lake Washington Technical Institute and nothing has given me more enjoyment than listening to her opinions and logical reasoning on in class discussions, and being a part of the amazing questions she asks. Her knowledge around HR is captivating and she always makes me think of that other avenue that I didn't think about. Even long after the class has ended my mind is turning based on the information or questions she asked. I know if she was working in HR for a company I was a part of we would be in great hands. When discussing different topics she is always putting other's first, offering helpful advice and lifting them up. At the same time she is not afraid to share her voice and have confidence in her opinions which makes her such a good leader. Not only does she have phenomemnal communication skills, she is a great organizer and her work ethic is inspiring. She has a fantastic attitude, is a great team-mate (I was able to see this with a community service event we were a part of) and really understands what it means to put everything into the job. I am lucky to have met Judi as she been a very positive influence in my life. Any company would be more than lucky to have her on board. She's the type of person that will not only help catapult a company to that next level of success, she will be a primary reason that business has the best talent in the world to make that goal a reality!
