Scott is a champion of complex litigation, and is known for his out of the box problem solving, expert negotiation, and mitigation of risk. He oversees and directs all of the company's corporate litigation nationwide, including insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters. As counsel for the company, Scott drafts and negotiates contracts of all types, as well as drafts proprietary insurance contracts, forms, endorsements and exclusions. Scott is involved in a multitude of other areas, including data privacy and security, employment matters, compliance and governance, governmental and regulatory matters, and many others. Scott is corporately recognized as a rising star, and is the youngest corporate officer in the company.
