I had the pleasure of working with Melissa during our time together at Spin Master. She often motivated the team to push boundaries and to think outside the box when designing interactive digital experiences for e-commerce and web. I've seen her take on responsibilities to improve work flow and processes to benefit our department, as well as allocating time to pass on her knowledge to her fellow teammates. Melissa is as great a person as she was a manager, and any employer will be lucky to have her.
