Ignacio I've worked together with for roughly 4 years while at Whitespectre. As a person, Ignacio is a very kind and humble individual. With a background as a Quality Assurance Engineer. I've had the opportunity to both witness and oversee Ignacio's transition onto becoming a Scrum Master, which was an positive and eventful event, both for me as a mentor and I'm sure for him as a student as well. I for one learned a lot from Ignacio and am forever grateful for that opportunity. Ignacio can easily understand what's the thing that's being asked of him, and in which way. He's able to function outside of his day-to-day routine / comfort zone, and he does so without any issues. Ignacio is an amazing team player and a very capable servant-leader. He understands and enacts upon everything with regards to the Agile methodology (Scrum framework) which we used in the organisation, and with our (client) teams. I can definitely say that working remotely is something that Ignacio does flawlessly. Furthermore, he has in depth knowledge of how to facilitate meetings. He's punctual, pays attention on the team meetings and contributes to discussions when / where he is able to. He understands all the basic stuff really well, like for example the online presence of oneself, and how to "do" that in a good manner. It becomes a sheer pleasure to have him on any team meeting. I have no doubt in my mind that Ignacio would be a huge asset to any (Scrum) team / organisation. Especially when it comes to remote work since, in that field he has accumulated a lot of experience, and knows how to perform it really well. It's been a pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with you Ignacio, and I wish you all the best and hope to work with you again in the future!

During the time we shared in Verizon Business, Ignacio proved to be a very competent professional and his persistance in the work effort makes easy to reach ambitious targets. Also, his English skills allow to exchange ideas quite easily.
