I had the opportunity to work with Kalin from the beginning of our software development centre in Sofia. He successfully managed to build a strong team in Sofia and always willing to help who is in need. He is a great listener and never jump in to conclusion without hearing from all parties/teams. Because of his long experience in the industry, he brings so much knowledge and wisdom to his working environment. Kalin is someone whom we can really depend on when it comes to critical situations and he has proved it multiple times working with Paddy Power. I can't recommend him highly enough.
