I have also processed ticket and membership orders for in-person and phone sales; prepared tickets for each performance and managing pre-show box office pick up; and troubleshooted problems for customers purchasing online. In addition, I also acted as dramaturg for Kristen Childs’ “Bella: An American Tail,” oversaw development readings of Michael R. Jackson's "A Strange Loop," Timothy Huang’s “Costs of Living,” and workshops such as Keith Glover & Josh Schmidt's "Saturday Night at the Estate.” I even ushered throughout productions of "Aubergine," "A Life" and "Rancho Viejo," and performed line readings with the cast and crew of “The Light Years.”
