I review/sort/route all incoming mail and the email account. Invoices are checked for compliance with NU policy. Invoices that are lacking necessary information are returned to the individual/department for it. There 2 processes. The hard copy are batched and scanned. The electronic invoices are moved into a spreadsheet which I then transfer to the scanner. I do also forward credit invoices, vendor statements and other miscellaneous to the correct person/department. I update a spreadsheet with the daily totals. I also maintain the mailing labels for the invoices that have to be returned. I also have been trained to approve electronically expense reports. Show less
