  Working as operator for WCSA at G2 Ocean a joint venture of two of the world’s leading breakbulk and bulk shipping companies: Gearbulk and Grieg Star. Plan voyages from start to finish anticipating possible problems in advance and adjusting plans as need to achieve the most cost-effective solutions. Respond to any problems that arise during the voyage and put in hand corrective measures. Calculate cargo intake and co-ordinate the preparation of pre-stow plans in accordance with internal Voyage Planning Execution Procedure managing the preparation and distribution of final stow-plans, including detailed tier plans and load/discharge reports as required. Day to day coordination and supervision of trade support team located in Manila. Port Captain attendance Managed activities within designated coastal area providing stowage planning and solutions, planning port calls and coordinating all involved parties needed to achieve most cost-efficient port turn-rounds and coastal passages.
