I consider myself to be strong at discipline and structure, yet Danielle elevated it exponentially. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Danielle in her role of PM of one of our most critical transformational projects in LatAm, and I can attest without a doubt that our success was a direct consequence of her skills as Scrum Master. I was particularly impressed with her ability to juggle so many moving parts of an already complex project and never missing her queue.
