On the other hand generally I understand that how power plant could be managed on engineering view, the necessary of the power plant, the way of problem solution, preparing daily reports and quality control which can help us to improve our engineering opinions. During the practice, I understand importance and sensitivity of our position in our engineering life. Totally if we think the effect of training applications for our future life, certainly we understand that we get what we want. So I think this is the best way to understand why we have a training program, because I'm sure that all of these experiences will be useful in our engineering life in the future. Show less
