Jeg har igennem en del år ,arbejdet sammen med Christian Weber, hvor jeg var i kundeservice og Christian Weber som Account Manager hos Experian og det samarbejde var på et meget professionelt højt plan, hvor udgangs punkte for samarbejdet var imellem vores 2 afdelinger hvor Christian Weber stod for forarbejdet med at sælge til kunderne og vi i kundeservice overtog kunden med de ting evt ting der måtte komme af support og løsning af det tekniske og Christian Weber har altid fundet og lyttet til de behov og de ønsker som vores kunder have og altid gået ind i sagen positivt og med godt humør, men også meget professionel anlagt og forstået at tage sig af sine kunder og pleje dem og overlevere dem når hans del af kunde forhold skulle til anden afdeling. Christian Weber mødte altid med en personlig og arrangageret indsats over for os og for vores kunder og altid forberedt og gjort at kunden altid var i centrum. I have had the pleasure of working along side Christian in my time at IBM. I remember situations where Christian was highly important to the sales process and always keeping the customer informed on the solution and how his services would solve the customer pains.
