It is an honor for me to recommend Joshua Rene. I have known him in various capacities; coworker, supervisor, advocate, and friend. Over the years, I have known him, he has demonstrated through actions that he possesses the qualities of a Human Resources Professional, Program Manager, and Advocate. He has taken a near failing program at The Greater Richmond ARC and turned it completely around. The reputation of this program was widely spread thanks to his experience and skills in program development, and the improvement in the quality of client services through his diligence in ensuring excellent staff development. He ensured that every employee under him had access to, and received, all the training necessary to build a top-notch team for the program. Joshua has boosted client attendance rates by use of his interpersonal skills and efficient follow ups. He has demonstrated unique communication skills with clients and employees of diverse backgrounds, thus enabling him to build a healthy professional rapport with all whom he interacts with. He is very clear on his goals and priorities, and maintains an optimistic personality in all that he does. He is always determined to overcome any challenge put before him. He is always searching for opportunities of self-development, growth, and leadership. I recommend Joshua Renee for any position he seeks out, and guarantee that any employer considering him will not be disappointed.
