Founded in 1999, the company has helped thousands of business improve their online marketingI turned around this software business – stripping out costs while launching new products and revenue streams to capitalise on a strong brand. After losing up to £50,000 a month, the business made more than £400,000 profit in my final year as CEO.I achieved this success by introducing simple, easily understood processes and recruiting a more profit-focussed team. The role was hands-on: it included everything from setting strategy to account handling, from website and app design to budget planning, copywriting and advertising.
