I planned, facilitated, and supervised individual and collective training with effective time management and scheduling while serving as the commander’s primary marksmanship instructor and small arms weapon systems adviser for an infantry battalion composed of over 800 personnel. This led me to develop an extensive training curriculum and allowed me to instruct over 1,000 aviation soldiers on weapon maintenance, basic pistol marksmanship and basic rifle marksmanship resulting in a 90% success rate of expert weapon qualification on the M9 and M4 weapon systems.
