Member of the data analysis team. During the time of the research, through an internal grant, outstanding telescopes of the Roque de los Muchachos Observatory and the Teide Observatory were operated. Among them are the Isaac Newton Telescope (INT), Mercator Telescope and IAC80 Telescope. In addition, astronomical observations were made with the Gran Telescopio de Canarias (GTC), being the largest telescope in the world in the optical range at present. The main objective was the processing (ETL) of data from different regions of the Cosmos, through the use of astrophysical software, to carry out further studies on the most energetic phenomena in the Universe such as stellar explosions or supernovae. Department of Applied Physics The primary purpose of the research was to obtain graphene using an innovative plasma technology. For this, a reactor was used, where plasma was generated thanks to a microwave generator, in order to decompose a carbon compound and thus obtain graphene. Graphene is one of the materials of the future due to its magnificent properties. Its main problem is its obtaining in industrial quantities since it is difficult to achieve good quality and purity conditions.
