My mentorship with Frank has been a game changer for me. Every time we meet, he asks the perfect question to help move the needle on both my own professional development as well as tactical and strategic planning. He pushes me just the right amount, holds me accountable and I have come to greatly rely on his advice and perspective. On top of all of this, he's just great to talk to. I always enjoy our conversations.

'Mentor of a lifetime'. May sound like hyperbole, but I truly feel that Frank has helped in so many ways as my mentor that he deserves such a gleaming title. In the past, my experiences with mentors brought about good conversation and a maybe few good tips and tricks in business. With Frank however, I had the opportunity to really examine myself, my motivations, my opportunities, my weaknesses, and my desires for the future. Frank is the ultimate coach in that he shows me a potential path to the answers I am looking for, and does not give me answers. I was able to confide in him and know that he absolutely had my best interests in mind. He is determined to help you get results, and that means accountability from both parties. As I mentioned, he does not give you answers, but provides the frame of mind to help you uncover them. He not only helped me find paths to success, but genuinely celebrated along with me when I achieved it. Finally, he is pretty damn funny guy and great human. If you have the opportunity to be mentored by Frank, by all means please say yes!
