I've had the pleasure of observing Mr. Nguyen grow as a teacher from my time working alongside him as a fellow mathematics Teacher Resident at AMY Northwest Middle School. Vien proved himself to be caring, reflective, and resourceful for bringing a quality education to his students. He constantly worked towards improving his plans and instructional delivery through his use of reflective practices.
