Some highlights include: - Implementing continuous process improvements and structure, including Implementing a multi-currency ERP and accounting system, and IDU forecasting and business plan software, and enhancing monthly reporting processes for Exco and the Board of Directors. Designed a profitability analysis report per route/product, including detailed costing. - Renegotiating a bulk supply agreement resulting in margin improvement - Integral to building international transport depot and managing project finance, suppliers, and key contracts. - Formulating official international Transfer Price Policy (TPP).

In this role, I prepared monthly operational and financial reports to present to shareholders, BoD, Group CFO, and the executive committee. I consolidated the results of seven entities making up the group and reported statutory annual financial statements for group companies, reviewed month-end financial close for completeness and accuracy, evaluated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across product lines and channels, and analysed monthly financial results to recommend improvements. In addition, I liaised with auditors and represented the finance department at international shareholder conferences.A key highlight is: - Integral to a project to shorten reporting deadlines from 21 days to less than 10 days (prelim results day 3).
