As a casting professional, I wore a lot of hats. I was the Casting Department Manager for various CBS shows, including Survivor and the Amazing Race. In this role, I managed teams, coordinated events (from national to local to small groups), and I ran the department. As a Casting Department Producer and Recruiter, I recruited, interviewed, vetted, coached, and presented people for roles on the shows. As a casting professional, I wore a lot of hats.
