Working with Viktoria at Alphatec Spine was quite a pleasure. She understood the requirements in a field of ever changing requirements and her knowledge of spinal products and instruments used in spinal surgeries etc helped to bring both Suppliers as well as Marketing folks a lot closer, thus helping to bring products to the market to fulfill physician's requirements. She has continuously displayed a thoroughness, attention to details in providing quality products to the field, keeping Doctor - Patient's urgent requirements in mind. She is not afraid to seek help from her subordinates, co workers and Management to fulfill the timely need for products in the field to the Physician's scheduling surgeries. Victoria, through her co -workers as well as her subordinates as well as suppliers had provided follow-ups with great feed back to all involved. I would highly recommend her for a position in organizations looking for a good, reliable and dependable person who would go outside the 9 dots to get the job done.

I worked with Viktoria very closely on many product launches. She was always a pleasure to work with. We worked through several challenges in a product launch environment that required a lot of flexibility and last minute changes. Viktoria was always a pleasure to work with it in those scenarios as well. She was a true team member and always went above and beyond to do what it took to make the project successful.
