- Designed and implemented comprehensive treatments and facilitated care for patients with multiple medical diagnoses specializing in orthopedic populations including adolescent scoliosis, adhesive capsulitis, complex regional pain syndrome, degenerative disc disease, thoracic outlet syndrome and cervical radiculopathy - Managed entire clinic independently while simultaneously treating as many as 16-18 patients daily, taking copayments, scheduling patients, and scanning documentation. -Provided mentorship to four physical therapy students of varying educational levels on proper patient interaction including proper patient safety, intervention, evaluation/examination, education, and discharge. Launched student participation in the conduction of in-services to further the knowledge of the students as well as the staff on varying medical topics.
