Likewise, the availability of the platform was improved, going from an approximate availability of 95% to an availability of 99.9% when migrating to a Tier III data center.Datacenter space was optimized by decreasing from approximately 100 racks to 85 racks. That represented a monthly savings for the company of approximately $ 24,000 per month.The availability of technological services hosted in data centers based on Tier III standards and with a minimum availability SLA of 99.90% was improved. Said SLA was managed during the contract, higher than 99.99%.Citrix XenApp virtualization was implemented, improving the availability of drilling technology services (Openwells). Improving from 90% to 99%.The Type C volume licensing agreement with Microsoft United States was achieved allowing savings of approximately 25% on a three-year USD 9,000,000 contract.
