Eric helped us sell our condo and a couple of years later helped us with a short sell on our house in Hollywood. He is professional, a hard worker and he understood it was a very hard time for my husband because he had lived in the house for 30 years. He always returned our calls even one time when he had the flu. He cares about his clients. He is a family man and talks about his girls all the time. He is just all around great guy.
