  Had the opportunity to help coordinate President Barack Obama's visit to the campus along with other staff members, students and community. In charge of recruiting 80 volunteers for the event. Throughout the summer I had the opportunity of shadowing other student affairs professionals on the campus while attending new student orientations and impact leadership retreats. Lastly, I had the power trinity of starting a food pantry with UCM student wellness center director and community partners.
