On a daily basis my responsibilities include coaching individuals and groups in sales performance, developing leadership within our office, recruiting people to our team, field training others in Face 2 Face (B2C) sales and of course making the sales themselves. I've developed a level of communication most will never understand due to the shear volume of interaction I have with people on a day to day basis.Involved in the recruiting process gaining interview skills. Evaluated candidates to determine if they would be a good fit for the business. Goal in mind would be to get the candidate excited to come back for later rounds in the interview process while trying not to sell the position.
