Additionally, I have had the opportunity to observe Max as an athlete with the men's lacrosse team here at SJCME and in his role as a front-end team member at our athletic center. Whether it be in class, seeing him in the gym, or across campus Max is always a shining light in my interactions with him. Having worked in several various professional settings and with students for a long time I can say that this is a rare skill. Max has shown the ability to understand that criticism/feedback comes from a place of care and as such is important to consider. I cannot recommend Max more highly for your organization.
