  I was the Legal Operations Director for Zest Legal, the Claimant Personal Injury department of Horwich Farrelly, receiving work from a number of large insurers and brokers. During my time there I made major changes to the processes and procedures, re-organising the dept and moving the claims to a new Case Management System with minimum disruption and maximum benefit. I was central to winning 2 large new contracts that trebled the number of new claims within a few months while at the same time expanding the operations to cope with the new work. I acted as the main point of contact with the new work sources at both a commercial and operational level.
