I am responsible for helping NAL to develop their strategy of expanding into the PI market. NAHL have long been a respected PI marketing company. As a result of the changing PI market they have moved into providing legal assistance to claimants. It is my privilege to help grow this part of the business, with a particular concentration on providing a quality consumer journey. I advised Kindertons on their litigation strategy, to help maximise their credit hire recovery. I used my 30 years experience in RTA litigation to help to review their existing processes and advise on improvements. It is exciting to be part of a forward looking Credit Hire company. I was the Legal Operations Director for Zest Legal, the Claimant Personal Injury department of Horwich Farrelly, receiving work from a number of large insurers and brokers. During my time there I made major changes to the processes and procedures, re-organising the dept and moving the claims to a new Case Management System with minimum disruption and maximum benefit. I was central to winning 2 large new contracts that trebled the number of new claims within a few months while at the same time expanding the operations to cope with the new work. I acted as the main point of contact with the new work sources at both a commercial and operational level.

My firm specialised in Claimant Personal Injury, mostly RTA. I started working as a salaried partner at 2 years post qualification, responsible for handling all the PI claims, managing the office and business development. I developed a bespoke case management system which was effective in driving efficiencies and quality control. I became an Equity Partner in 2001, expanding the operation and moving it into Manchester. Throughout the majority of this time I managed my own caseload as well as business development and leading the strategic, operational and compliance functions. I created a respected and dynamic firm with a loyal client and employee base that I was able to sell to Horwich Farrelly Solicitors.
