For someone who is a recent graduate, I would not be able to tell the different between him and a seasoned developer. John is a very methodical when planning and developing software. He is very easy to work with and talk to. He displays a drive that allows him to complete sprint tasks well before the deadlines given to him. John’s curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies has helped the company grow to new heights.

I managed John during his internship at YottaMark in 2011. His willingness to attack whatever problem is passed him, to learn new technologies and programming paradigms enabled him to very quickly come up to speed within the organization and his work itself was superlative. Additionally, John worked with Product Management and other internal stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and approval of the final product. His attention to detail and diligence working with the various stakeholders enabled his work on a v1 product to ship on-time and under budget.
