I worked with Ken Ray in the operational unit of IT at MassDOT for about one year and it was a positive and enlightening experience. Ken’s role as a senior director was quite challenging as he oversaw well over 1100 servers, 4000 end users and a staff of 50. He was an excellent engineer who could learn anything and become an expert on any subject regarding server and network engineering and administration. His knowledge was not limited to Netware.
