  As SVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Global Head of HR reporting directly to the CEO, I have broad insight and input into INTTRA’s global SaaS business. On the legal side, I manage support for sales, marketing, operations, HR, strategy and M&A, procurement and technology. With respect to risk and compliance, I am accountable for data protection (Privacy Shield and GDPR), Enterprise Risk Management, and compliance with INTTRA’s Code of Conduct; while also managing litigation and the Company’s intellectual property portfolio. As Corporate Secretary of a private equity backed company, I am responsible for corporate governance, including the Board of Directors and its various committees, as well as management of the numerous entities included within INTTRA’s global corporate structure. In my HR leader role, I am accountable for talent acquisition and retention, employee relations and engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training for employees globally, with offices in seven countries and remote employees in approximately 20 other international locations.   As Sterling’s first General Counsel, implemented new customer contracts and contracting processes, created ethics and compliance and privacy functions, and strengthened the role of regulatory compliance function.
