I’ve spent the summer in the Goodness Community getting to know Megan a bit and there are three areas I’d like to highlight as super powers. 1) She’s a guiding light. Her ability to act as a compass in a group dynamic is rewarding and impressive. 2) She’s committed to transformation. Whether that’s mental, emotional, or physical, she compels those around her to explore and do. Her energy fuels others and sets a tone for putting curiosity and results at the fore. 3) She harnesses authenticity to build trust. Her humility, transparency, and moxie could rival any accredited credentials, because she so quickly establishes rapport and credibility. She takes fears and unknowns and influences reflection, collaboration, and action. She offers a sense of calm and relief which goes a lot way to maintaining the vulnerable space needed to reach a butterfly moment. She’s insightful, bright, earnest, and full of ingenuity that rubs off on everyone she connects with. It’s been a blast to be in her orbit and soak up all the goodness she so freely shares.

I had the great pleasure of working with Megan during her time at North Highland. To say that Megan is a force is an understatement. She is full of positive energy, creativity, and generosity. Megan is a fearless leader, willing to dive head first into the most complex challenges and deliver solutions that are thoughtful, refined and high impact. Working with Megan is always a blast! She is super collaborative, totally results oriented and brings a contagious enthusiasm that is inspiring. In the time that I worked with Megan, I saw her not only excel in the core elements of her job, but she stretched beyond to champion both employee and customer experience. Megan is someone you want on your team and I feel so lucky to have worked with her!
