Hannah Finch
We hired Sakshi as our first Editor based out of Singapore in April 2020. During her time with us, we dealt with a number of challenges head-on with Sakshi's direct help to adapt, change, and push through. Her expertise is extremely valuable in the digital publishing space. She surprised us various times with her ability to identify things that could be improved upon and provide actionable feedback. Not only did Sakshi oversee a team of full-time writers, she fact-checked, edited, and published the content in 5 different languages. While some would see this as a huge challenge, Sakshi took it in her stride, working autonomously to research and develop new writing assignments, provide the brief, and coach each writer to develop their skills (including many whom were not directly on her team). I'm glad to have had the opportunity to work closely with Sakshi and I believe she will be a highly valuable member of the team in future career roles.
