Igor is a go getter with so much passion about Devops and software he even started a conference. The conference was amazing and I heard from other speakers that others they attended lived up to my experience. I think one of the keys aspects that Igor achieved was creating a community within a conference. When your conference is about collaboration and outcomes and you get that to happen among the attendees, that is impressive. Igor managed to create a mix of like minded but questioning speakers and then brought them together to get know each other. I think this was what created the sense of community which permeated the entire conference. Speakers supporting speakers not just there to do their thing and run. Great stuff.
