When Fadhilah joined our team in DevStack, I happened to know a lot about the product we were working on. Sometimes I let her analyse the ticket by herself (to find out her ability to solve problem), and I have never disappointed, she never hesitate to ask question about things that she haven't understand. But when we don't have much time for a bug fix, I decided to tell her directly where or what to fix, and she always complies unless she has a better solution (which she wouldn't hesitate to raise to us). We were 100% work from our home at that time, and she always been reliable, she shown a professional work ethic by requiring minimum supervision while delivering work with high level of satisfaction. One thing I would never forget is we were in a tight deadline on a project with a complex logic, and Fadhilah was in her last week working for our company. I've known people who would take sick leave or bail out in the same situation, since they already secure the job in a new place, But she is not one of them, she worked very hard until the very last minute, and that is something we rarely found in a co-worker nowadays. Goodluck with the journey Fadhilah!
