Kay and I worked together at Nextbit to establish the India market for us. We conducted several community events at multiple Indian cities to popularize our product and to establish a community. Kay is a very gregarious person and she has a knack of building, nurturing and establishing relationships. Very quickly, Kay became very popular amongst our community of Indian customers and that relationship helped Nextbit sail through difficult situations such as not having service centers or offices in India. Kay established very good processes and policies for our online and Whatsapp forums and that helped streamline customer support. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kay and learnt a lot about online marketing and community building from her. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment before grabbing another opportunity to work with her or hire her.
