• Launched and chaired Wokingham Arts Trail in 2009-11, a professional high quality art event in the South East. Managed fundraising and budgeting to ensure project was launched with surplus for future growth. Visitor figures increased consistently to approximately 3,000 in 2012 at point of hand-over. • Developed and launched a cross-boundary Local Arts Loan project during 2010-12 linking Berkshire businesses and secondary schools, raising over £20,000 sustainable income to The Cultural Partnership charity. Oversaw development of an online sales system to process reservations of artwork. • Led on the creative transformation and programming of seven empty shop premises into temporary visual arts spaces, working with artists, businesses, town and borough councils, foundations, police, landlords and volunteers. • Secured funds and commissioned artists to deliver a programme of 13 accessible hands-on-arts creative workshop events targeted at families attending community festivals, engaging over 3,000 residents across three consecutive years. • Assisted Director in all aspects of administration including Board liaison, organisational strategy, budget reporting, fundraising, meeting preparation, presentations, leading networking meetings. • Developed branding and marketing strategy for the charity, including bespoke marketing campaign linked with increasing engagement in the arts (NI-11 targets). • Responsibility for recruiting and managing a rolling team of volunteers and interns. • Initially a three-month contract, my position at More Arts was extended for three years and led me to pursue an MA in Cultural Policy & Management.
