  Madeleine works with the ALFA CEO and Council to manage the ALFA Marketing and Events & Membership Committees. Her role is to ensure that ALFA maintains strong working relationships and provides relevant and responsive services to its members and sponsors. Madeleine manages Association workshops and forums while also working with the Events Co-ordinator in the administration and management of major events run by ALFA annually. Madeleine maintains and increases ALFA membership through the effective development and delivery of structured annual membership campaigns, handling general membership and other enquiries regarding ALFA and industry, regularly communicating with members, providing advice on lot feeding issues, taking advice from these members on issues affecting them and informing the CEO, President and Councillors of issues raised. Madeleine manages the development, content and continual update of ALFA’s media, member and stakeholder communication efforts. This includes ALFA’s website, corporate image, newsletters, brochures, correspondence, media releases; and social media.
