I have had the opportunity to work with Johan when I was Service Manager. Johan was the lead, SPOC to my account into the WINTEL services organization. He attentively guided his leveraged team to work with and for the client in a way that would best service the client at all times. His role was to give the full dedication to the client it deserves while maximizing and optimizing the leveraging in the back. He did this thru wide knowledge technical and client, diligently scheduling and unambiguous prioritization of the tasks presented to him.
