Sharon served as President of AIESEC Singapore for 2 years and I had the privilege to be working with her for both years in different capacity, first as the NUS Chapter President and second as the Vice President for AIESEC Singapore. Sharon is focused, organised, yet extremely personable, using these attributes to glue and propel the team forward. She has what I considers the attributes needed to lead great change in any organization. During my time working with her, she handled great conflicts within the organization gracefully and professionally, and managed relationships with stakeholders - members, alumni, sponsors and partners, universities, well. Her vision and execution paved the way for AIESEC Singapore to grow from 3 chapters to 5 today, financial reserves significantly, from 100+ to 300+ exchanges and growth in membership numbers. Her scale and scope of work since leaving AIESEC is testament to the incredible potential she holds and service she can be to society and we can all expect more great things from her in the future.
