He is one of the best managers I've ever had, making a very good distinction between the professional relation we had during work and the amical relation we had outside working hours. He's always been very clear in giving instructions, and very good at passing his knowledge to his staff. Whenever something wasn't clear he would always take the time to explain. Moreover he is master at promoting French food and culture, making people and guests feel at home, and creating a good and cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. He's been investing lots of lots of time, love and energy in his business with an amazing restaurant as a result.
