I highly recommend Dave and his firm! He is a trusted colleague who understands the importance of the client relationship to all parties, no matter how many contracts away his firm may be from the owner. Stepping in and finding reasonable prompt solutions when questions arise in construction (and design) is Dave's normal process. And, when the design goes a bit out-of-box, Dave and his team can be creative. Good engineering at a reasonable fee is a great value.

I just had a tough client situation, and this gentleman can get demanding, that I needed Dave to stop by the project site to discuss steel reinforcement design in foundations prior to pouring concrete. Dave was very good at listening and then addressing the concerns, and provided sketches the next day to document the decisions they agreed upon in the field. I was especially pleased when I did a follow-up phone call with the client, and not only had Dave settled him down, but he was pleased as well!
