I had the pleasure of working with Iain in several projects and activities during the past year. He is highly skilled as functional and business analyst, but also as change manager, experience and knowledge that he incorporates in a comprehensive form to any challenge or solution in which he is involved, from the early stage of identification of business and/or customer needs or potential improvements until the post-implementation moment. It is remarkable how committed he is with any activity or project in which he participates, being very collaborative and supportive with all teams and people. He takes over everything that is necessary to make any work or activity successful and provide value to the business, the costumer and his colleagues. I thoroughly recommend him.

      * Gathered and documented business requirements from all areas of the business in order to develop solutions and added these to Jira, allowing user stories to be expanded into functional and technical requirements. By utilising internal resources this saved a recent project 2 months’ worth of effort.* Worked in the German and the UK’s business migration to Debt Manager and was a work stream lead responsible for the conversion of letters. Resulting in a significant reduction in waste through identifying and removing duplication. * Worked with the Group Digital Team to integrate the new customer web portal into the collection systems across multiple countries and supported the continued roll out of new features. This allowed continued development to progress and to meet internal timelines. * Created standardised collection processes from sets of business requirements and integrated this into the Debt Manager Platform on both Classic and Fit Agent systems. This was achieved on a ‘develop once, deploy many’ approach to ensure that each jurisdictions systems and their processes are the same and the deployment time is greatly reduced. * Supported the businesses already using Debt Manager to set up efficient, high quality processes and operational solutions by analysing user stories in Jira and Confluence. * Constantly sought out to contribute to and implement ideas for process improvements in collaboration with the businesses.
