I had the pleasure of working with Rob at the GM Oshawa Assembly Plant. Rob was able to work with many different cross functional groups to get everyone focused on improving the quality of the vehicles produced at the GM Oshawa Assembly Plant. I believe Rob helped lay the foundation of driving quality improvement as the plant became one of the leading plants in North America as measured by the annual JD Power & Associates Initial Quality Survey.
