During this time, we were able to employ cost reductions of twenty percent through contract renegotiations and trimming unnecessary duplications. Some of the achievements I was especially excited to direct were:- Oversaw and developed an institutional wide strategic plan.- Researched, constructed, and piloted a comprehensive and innovative self-sustaining dual enrollment program that maximized recruiting opportunities without sacrificing academic quality.- Developed an adult degree completion model that was selfsustaining in the second year with a projected net profit of 600k for each program per year. Scheduled eight programs to launch within the next five years.- Oversaw the development of an analytical model to predict costs and apply resources in a more comprehensive manner.
