Designed, researched, and taught courses. Taught courses in Philosophy, Apologetics, Elementary Hebrew, Old Testament Survey, Biblical Introduction to the Old Testament, Major Prophets, Minor Prophets, Pentateuch, Bible major capstone, Cults of Christianity, and various practical ministry courses. Administered all grades. Used both the Blackboard LMS and Jenzabar Educational Data Warehouse to report grades to students and administration. Advised and mentored students. Scheduled and maintained weekly meetings with advisees. Assisted them with issues regarding academic, financial, and personal matters. As an administrator, I oversaw academics, student life, athletics, and the business office. I was responsible for maintaining academic personnel and programs, directing a $5.6 million budget, and overseeing policy and its implementation in student life. During this time, we were able to employ cost reductions of twenty percent through contract renegotiations and trimming unnecessary duplications. Some of the achievements I was especially excited to direct were:- Oversaw and developed an institutional wide strategic plan.- Researched, constructed, and piloted a comprehensive and innovative self-sustaining dual enrollment program that maximized recruiting opportunities without sacrificing academic quality.- Developed an adult degree completion model that was selfsustaining in the second year with a projected net profit of 600k for each program per year. Scheduled eight programs to launch within the next five years.- Oversaw the development of an analytical model to predict costs and apply resources in a more comprehensive manner.
