Shooting Touch serves over 1,000 youth (ages 7-21) and 2,000 women (age 21+) in six rural communities in the Republic of Rwanda’s Eastern Province.

UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics oversees the staffing of all UCSB Division I home events. The Event Staff is made up of roughly 100 undergraduate students who are responsible for setting up, monitoring fans and selling merchandise throughout the event, breaking down/cleaning up the facility following the event, and more. The staff works with Division I teams, the UCSB Associated Students Ticket Office, and facilities management staff to ensure that all events run smoothly. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing 8-20 Event Staff employees per event, managing the needs of fans, coaches, players, officials and donors, and solving any problems that might arise prior to, during, or following events.
