As the Operation Manager for a leader in the Landscape Construction field, I understand the importance of patient and leading with respect. As the lead Operations Manager I handle all tasks that are needed from daily operations of our 50+ person crew in the field to the yearly projection planning. I enjoy my daily interactions with customers who are loving their transformed space, vendors who are following up on a recent order, or strategizing with an employee in the field that needs my assistance. Certainly, all the smiles I see each day don't come without a few challenges that I am met with. Having the ability to be a neutral party so a resolution can be found on common ground, wearing multiple hats and going the extra mile are all quality I am proud to have.

I empower and teach individuals how to be their own health advocate. There is no one that cares more about your personal health than you do, all of the resources we need to create a healthy lifestyle are at our fingertips. I am here to share the knowledge I’ve spent hundred of hours researching over the past 5+ years and how to utilize those resources to their maximum benefit. Mindset and transformation go hand-in-hand and we can not have one without the other. There is no better time than the present to take your health and wellness into your hands and make yourself a priority to live a full and healthy life.
