Chandresh is a hardworking, intelligent, helpful, and humble individual. His ability to keep calm and to take people along makes him a natural leader. I had the pleasure of doing my mechanical engineering studies along with him.

I am pretty sure someone like Chandresh does not need my recommendation. Everyone knows Chandresh as a hardworking, intelligent person. When he was the teaching assistant for controls and measurement systems he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the classroom and even outside of the classroom. He would take the initiative to do new things that Professor Kapila did not think of yet, or to fix existing defunct hardware in the lab. Unlike most mechanically-minded people, he also has a solid grasp of electrical engineering. Also, Chandresh is easy to work with and while he is smart, he is approachable as well and his explanations make sense to people that do not have as much experience. If I were an employer, I would choose to hire Chandresh immediately.
