They quote a famous poet, Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said but people will never forget how you made them feel". I would argue that Boaz is one of the rare exceptions to this – you will remember both and both will make a significant, positive impact on your life. A man who gets that empathy does not mean, "to coddle", and teaches us that rigorous honesty coupled with encouragement sets the bar high and helps us reach it. Boaz is a rare find indeed.
